At Bye Bambi, we want you to love your pieces as much as we loved making them. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all garments are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original compostable mailer.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest postal hub; remember to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.
Processing & Credit
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
